REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Can I use my international driver's license?

Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.

 

  1. Do I need insurance?

With Prestige you have collision insurance [with deductible] already included in the rate. For an additional fee you can waive the deductible. 

 

  1. Do I need a Credit Card to rent a vehicle from Prestige?

Yes a valid Credit Card is Required.

 

  1. Do I need a security deposit  to rent from Prestige?

Yes, a deposit is required to cover incidental charges such as but not limited to  fuel, deductible, rental extention, and late fees. The deposit is returned or released upon return of  vehicle. How much depends on the vehicle's deductible and whether or not customer has elected LDW [loss damage waiver] as additional option and the value of the vehicle. 

 

  1. What are your age requirements?

Driver must be 25 years of age  or over. Drivers age 18 to 24 pay additional fee and increased deductible.

 

SERVICE

 

  1. Do you pick up and drop off customers?

Yes, we provide pick up and drop off services to customers that need to be picked up from their Villa or hotel and need a ride back to their Villa or hotel. Additional fees for out of service area.

 

  1. Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?

Yes, we do provide these services.Additional fees for out of service area.

 

  1. Do you pick up at the airport?

Yes, we pick up from the airport.  Free pick up and delivery from the following airports PUJ/SDQ/LRM

 

  1. Are you located at the airports?

 No but our offices are 5 minutes away from PUJ/LRM/SDQ

 

 

  1. How do we get our rental car at airport?

We will have a Prestige employee with a sign with your name on it when you exit airport. You will be in your car in minutes. 

 

 

 HOW DO WE RETURN CAR AT AIRPORT

 

  1. Do you deliver to hotels, home or offices?

Yes, we offer delivery service to hotels, Villa's and offices. (credit card owner must be present to sign your rental contract.) Additional fees apply to delivery over 10 kms from nearest office

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

A valid Credit Card is necessary for deposit . Payment at end of rental period can be paid by cash or Credit Card. 

 

  1. Can I use another persons credit card to rent and or pay for a rental vehicle?

Yes you can, but the card holder must be physically present on the day of the rental vehicle pick up with two forms of identification to sign the rental contract. (Passport and Drivers license). 

 

DEPOSIT

  1. Do I need a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to cover incidental charges such as but not limited to  fuel, deductible, rental extension, and late fees. The deposit is returned or released upon return of  vehicle.

 

  1. How much is the deposit?

Deposit amount varies based on the type of vehicle being rented, and your insurance deductible starting from $300.00  up to $1000.00 for Vans and Luxury SUV's..

 

TYPE OF VEHICLES

  1. What type of cars do you carry in your fleet?

We have Economy Car, Mid Size Car, Compact SUV, Mid Size SUV, Full Size SUV, Vans.

 

  1. Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?

All Prestige cars and SUV's and vans are automatic, some large Vans have manual transmission.

 

  1. Do you have air conditioned cars?

Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.

 

  1. Do you rent cars by the hour?

Yes, cars can be rented by the hour however a full days cost will be applied.

 

ACCESSORIES

  1. Do you offer accessories with your rentals?

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a booster seats and Wi-Fi hotspots.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  1. Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?

Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.

 

  1. Is there an additional charge for fuel?

Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.

 

  1. Is there an additional charge for underage?

Yes, it only applies to customers that are 18-24 years old.

      24. If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?

Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month (4 weeks) at a discounted price. We can customize a rental program for long term rentals for businesses and Villa owners.

RETURNING VEHICLES

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?

Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
